Bulletproof can work with you to set up customised Application Monitoring to alert our engineers if something goes wrong inside your application. Using a standard set of troubleshooting steps, Bulletproof can then determine if the difficulty is within the application, or within the application service software (such as Cold Fusion). Issues within the application will be escalated to your nominated contact, and service software issues will be addressed through a service restart.
Pricing for application management is per the standard Professional Services Rates.
